This is Elwood, winner of the World’s Ugliest Dog title. And he’s from Jersey. Not a Northern dog, but he deserves props for his nicknames alone, “Yoda” and “ET,” since I always really wanted to dress my dog up as an Ewok for Halloween with a lil spear and cloak and stuff.
